Thought experiment: Think how quickly and comprehensively AI has supplanted so many of the previous hype darlings in the public consciousness: IoT, AR/VR, blockchain, crypto, NFTs, web3, metaverse, etc. Now imagine the Next Hypeobject™️ to supplant AI in a similar way. Tough, right?
