Have had this CM2 Accord wagon for 7 years now. It's done everything we've ever asked of it without complaint, stupidly good car for not much money.

We had a Suzuki Splash as a work runabout for a while. It would finally start to feel like it was making reasonable power and make that nice triple cylinder sound just before you hit redline. Fine to get around the city in, but I'd have hated to drive it on the open road.

Got the first fender cut off the Lada. Everything underneath is better than I expected. 2 patches needed to bring it back to good, then a panel eater friend will weld on a new one on Sunday.

After leaving it parked up for 3 years, and only doing minor things, I've been busy with the Lada today. Drilling out spot welds so the new fenders can go on next week.

So I decided I had to cut most of my hobby spending to plan for a big road trip next year. No more kits going into the stash and maintenance only for RC cars. Then someone lists this kit I've wanted for about 40 years and not seen for sale in over 30. This boxing appears to be as old as me.
