With the insanity of the world and instability in my life. Seemed like a good time to visit the Bay Area for the first time and get out off my hamster wheel.
#wellthatsucks.. but it could have been worse. And the body, that I built, pretty much survived intact. Lost a day of work and had to patch some of the exterior and re-wire it. And if course a new tongue beam. This one will be a little more reinforced.
A little of this, a little of that. My #morning #juice Beet, cran, cherry juice, AG1, some lemon, cayenne, turmeric, black pepper (cause I’m #spicy) and a little pre workout if I’m going to the gym. #itsactuallyreallygood
Day 1. Hopefully no more day 1’s (in my fitness journey) ever again. I hate day 1, week 1, month 1. Need to make it to three months to feel back to normal. #nxgen
I never think to pull out my phone in those special little moments. I did this time. Just a itting down on the floor eating cereal together as my 5 year old opens up about her feelings a little. One of my primary objects as a “good” father is to make sure she has emotional intelligence. #dadmoment
This hits like a cold wet hand in winter. I just wish more of the “average” person would accept, acknowledge, or even consider this reality.
I’m a plumber now so I haven’t been on a roof in a while but when a little old lady has a problem I can fix I just have to offer to help. #dogood
