To your question (which my brain glossed over). At 180 days, all restrictions are lifted:

• Initial Tranche: Can be sold two trading days following SpaceX's first quarterly earnings report (expected in early August).
• Incremental Unlocks: Further slices of 7% unlock on calendar days 70, 90, 105, 120, and 135 post-listing (occurring in August, September, and October).
• Post-Q3 Tranche: An additional 28% unlocks immediately following the third-quarter earnings report.
