s: Our therapist has told me that I speak like a writer and I'm not sure how to take that but I'm choosing to believe it was a compliment or most likely simply an observation I wish I could speak like Kady sometimes. I don't really know why I can't. It should be accessible but it just isn't

s: I'm not as comfortable with people as Kady. I'm overwhelmed easily in crowds. I'm not very good at speaking outside of writing. None of these qualities help much with this Eventually I'm going to have to learn how to better express myself and writing things like these are small steps toward that

s: Kady has asked me whether I would want to write about my perspective on us. Perspective is something I struggle with; defining what I want is difficult. If nothing else, I want us to be more transparent. Too many times we find ourselves sanding down our plurality to be as smooth as possible

sorry-not-sorry for all the pluralposting recently, i'm trying to see if being more open about my experience helps me understand myself better and maybe there are systems who relate to us and feel a little more seen and that's a great gift to give because we really struggle with feeling isolated

perhaps a less-talked about part of plurality but i'm trying to get better at handling the days when i don't really know who i am for extended periods of time. it's going okay i think
