CHICAGO PUBLIC LIBRARY CURRENTLY HAS ONLY 2 DRIVERS TODELIVER BOOKS BETWEEN ALL 80 OPEN BRANCHES.
Due to this, deliveries to ALL branches have been reduced from every Mon-Fri to twice or even once every week.

THE CITY OF CHICAGO HAS NOT POSTED NEW POSITIONS TO HIRE DRIVERS WHO HAVE RETIRED WITHIN THE LAST YEAR.
When drivers have retired in the last year, their positions were not refilled, leading to increased workload on our remaining drivers who face increased risk of stress and injury as a result.

WHAT CAN YOU DO?
Drivers, library stalf, and patrons are all affected by the staff shortage. One solution is for the City to post new positions for Motor Truck Divers at Chicago Public Library.

Here's the sfh version with one mailbox instead of two from 2015. I love a wee cornice, but I love an ADU more. The aesthetics have lots of time to be improved upon, and meanwhile people are living there. No one can accuse them of presenting false history. That's what the contrasting style is about.

I believe the contract is for all the cams, but maybe that's the impression they wanted us to come away with? A spokesperson for the sherrif's office people kept calling Jason mentioned that the current cams could be relocated during what he called a "thorough" process to determine where cams go.
