So many problems with this settlement: It's GROSSLY flawed because it treats “no direct cash payment to Trump” as equivalent to “no benefit to Trump,” while simultaneously creating mechanisms that may confer enormous legal, financial, political, and network benefits on him and his allies.
Looking at final results, he lost by 10,283 votes... or about 10% margin. I'm curious where the new 50k voters came from. I don't think that suppresses voters. Awareness doesnt translate to suppression that's all. I get what you're saying though.
Blanche's addendum was signed AFTER Treasury General Counsel Brian Morrissey resigned (May 18). Timing is notable bc the addendum added a BROAD release involving tax & agency matters NOT plainly included in the settlement. Could Morrissey have OBJECTED to the legality or scope of the release?
