My very first car was a 1964 Plymouth Valiant with push buttons for park, drive, etc. I bought it for $75.00 from a genuine little old lady in 1973. The original owners manual was in the glove compartment. Best car ever!
This is an excellent book that explains the history of nursing I didn't learn in school. I learned about a Jamaican born British woman named Mary Seacole, who was a contemporary of Florence Nightengale, but didn't receive the same recognition.
Mary Seacole was a contemporary of Florence Nightengale. She volunteered during the Crimean War to provide nursing care for the British military.
