My favorite memory and pic of Navy Pier is from decades before it became this tourist attraction….. Dad would take us down to Navy Pier to watch the ships unload on hot summer nights. It was cooler than our westside apartment. And we’d get fried shrimp at the fish stand by Navy Pier

I have made my dog a “dig box” out of an unused planter box. Since its inception this spring, he’s only dug twice in the yard. Obviously still a work in progress, lots of positive reinforcement when he digs in the box. I’m brilliant 😆
