The face of a man who felt sick, swam anyway because I'm trying to be good/do better, and was rewarded with a new PB of 10 lengths in 10.01. Make it make sense 😂 Did another 4 in 5 mins and I'm suitably tired now. How people swim so much I do not know. I feel like my body runs out of energy.

You absolutely love to see it. I get accused (rightly so) of being a miser at times, commentating this lot, but to put 6 past 2nd place in the league at their place on Supporters Day... a thing of beauty.

Team photo of our two PBFC sides yesterday at the Football v Homophobia tournament in Nottingham. The absence of a dedicated keeper hindered the B's and they finished 8th, but the A's went on to finish 1st AND win the final against 2nd place Uni of Nottingham. Shame it's a Baggies kit though 👀😂
