Not Jimothy, but these 2 tykes enjoyed my front lawn in the spring. Also pictured: Their kin last year, graciously emptying my oriole feeder of grape jelly.
Life is complicated and hard. Here is Chris Cornell looking devastating across FOUR different decades #90sGrungeMusic #MusicSky
I did a lot of planting this year, and so far only the daisies died. They don't like the clay soil. This helpful lil bunny rabbit is very considerately eating the dead plant for me.
I don't know why it took so long for me to get to this book. But wow. Le Guin has such a way of developing her characters. The reader can sense them changing, not just from their narration, but from the descriptions of the world around them, and how they interact with that world. #Booksky
I've been watching a lot of French Open tennis, and there's a Fidelity ad airing a lot. It shows a family hiking along the Salt River, with Red Mountain in the background. Makes me miss Arizona.
Times are tough. Take a minute to look at a picture of Chris Cornell in the desert.
Nine years gone. I'll never stop missing him, and his music will never stop giving me goosebumps. No one sings like you anymore #ChrisCornell #Soundgarden #90sGrungeMusic #MusicSky
Oh, so that was a first-century doctor's tunic he's wearing? Are those industry standard doctor's healing glow-balls in his hands?
I saw some decent signs at my No Kings protest, but my mom saw this one. She wins.
It's been a tough semester for this prof. Frigid temps, a less-than ideal teaching schedule, and so much illness sweeping across the campus. I often had to repeat myself in the classroom because of people coughing. My students put the cough in cacophony.
I'm proud of my husband. He's a strength & conditioning coach, and two of his teams are going to the big dance!
