Shoutout to two new teams competing in this year's Columbus Litter League: Short North Muay Thai and Legacy Point! There is plenty of time to get in on the action and score some runs with the greatest litter cleanup competition that runs through the end of August.

Teaching kids that "Only Rain Down the Drain" is a great way to ensure our waterways stay clean and free of litter. This program at the Northern Lights Columbus Library Branch produced some great (and adorable) results!

We've noticed a few missing pieces of cleanup and garden equipment. Whether you have a pair of gloves in the trunk of your car, a litter grabber in your garage, or a wheelbarrow in a community garden, we ask that you return all loaned supplies back to us—no questions asked!
A hot June didn't slow down our volunteers as they collected over 51,000 pounds of litter off our streets, alleys, parks, and waterways. Thank you to everyone who dedicated time to keep Columbus beautiful!

Another successful rain barrel giveaway with our partners at Coca-Cola Consolidated. For the last four years, this partnership has reused syrup barrels, helping hundreds of homes and community gardens. We can't wait for next year's event!
The Waste and Reuse Convenience Centers are not dumps—they are places for residents to help divert materials from the landfill and help achieve our city’s Climate Action Plan’s waste reduction goals.
