Very cool event yesterday at MoMA to celebrate the artist Marcel Duchamp and his abiding interest in chess: A 50-game simul exhibition was held in museum’s the lobby, with international grandmaster Susan Polgar taking on 50 chess enthusiasts at once!
It’ll be 85 and humid here in Manhattan later this afternoon, but I’m still feelin’ the freeze. 👏🏻💪🏼✊🏻🗽 We’ll know before end-of-day today whether the Mamdani-controlled RGB will vote for a freeze for *both* 1- *and* 2-yr leases.
