I was not prepared for how much those kids were actually going to want to be around us. On their way home, they were telling their parents they were afraid they would never see us again, so we made a video to reassure them that we would.💜💜💜
Been super busy today, but I got to work from home so this little girl didn't have to be alone at all on her 12th Birthday. Hubby brought her home a special peanut butter cup for doggies, which she loved. We just adore her to pieces. #Liza 💜💜💜
Picnic in the park for a free symphony concert. Chicago in the summer is sublime.
We went to Pride and then saw Supergirl. Great movie. Loved the emotional journey that Kara goes on it.
We went to a free classical music concert in Milennium Park. An experience like no other...
We met a dear friend for dinner at Pizano's downtown & had the most incredible server ever. The Chach. This beautiful man made us a part of his family. 75 and still loving life and people. He made our evening. 💜
It was so stupid in all of the right and best ways. I'm so grateful because it made me laugh so much, and that is something I need more of in my life. 😊💜
Every day for the past several days, at least once a day when I'm walking her, someone says how cute Liza is. She doesn't look lile any other dog in the neighborhood.
We saw Masters of the Universe a 2nd time in 4DX (an INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE) on Sunday. Just as much fun, if not more, since the sound mix was better & we could easily understand the dialogue. LOVE THIS MOVIE!
LOVED Masters of the Universe! I was not prepared for how much I would love Adam's character. Loved that they made Adam an artist as he grew. Loved the visuals, the music, it was so much fun & even touching in moments. Not going to spoil anything, but this was worth the decades wait. Wanna go again!
Tonight we upgraded to BluRay for Pride Month because what's gayer than Judy Garland and Gene Kelly's succulent ass?
Collection pic post of my McFarlane 90's Batman movies figures for Pride month coz Chris O'Donnell's Robin was definitely a part of my gay awakening. *SWOON* Really hope the rumors are true & Bane is coming this year...🤞
I always look better in my bathroom than I do "in real life." Pink walls always help a pale bitch out. And the hair actually cooperated today...
Tonight, we went to see theater on Navy Pier. It should have been Teri Hatcher...
Love it! The Game Stop exclusive McFarlane Miss Martian - the 1st ever non-crappy Miss Martian figure. 🥰
Slowly building my immune system back from being ill, but I really liked the way my hair looked today. 🥰
Today's Collection: ThunderCats! No longer combined with my Silverhawks, & I've also upgraded most of the Mattel releases with Super7 editions. They definitely need to release more good characters. Where's the Tuska Warrior? I need more Berbils!
Another lovely evening at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. We heard Hubby's favorite, The Rite of Spring by Stravinski.
