A scrap of my conversation with a friend about the realities of mass livestock production. I had experienced a turkey farm. And to answer her question, yes, someone had to do that, but not all at once! That was agriscience 30 years ago. They might be able to extract the stuff chemically in this era.
Alison Arngrim, actress who played the role of the formidable Nellie Olson, was an original part of the TV broadcast. Miss Arngrim played a cameo role of ‘Ida’ in the new Little House on the Prairie. A great actress and person. So funny that she still has an objectionable expression on her face.❤️
BBC White men call black men by the term ‘man,’ almost subconsciously. White men don’t often call white men ‘man.’ For some people it’s the equivalent of ‘boy.’ Blanche should have called him ‘sir.’
For size reference. I found out he is a DeKay’s brown snake, the most common one found in flower beds.
Too ironic for me. I live in Oklahoma, where, although we have many economic disadvantages, nevertheless we benefit from much cheaper gas sales than the national average. The hell with his $3.47 Freedom Fuel. Gas is selling in my town for $3.29 a gallon today.
A major rain event over the weekend in Ames, Iowa backed up storm drains in town after 11 inches of downpour. The water broke in the windows and flooded her basement in seconds. No one was injured at this home.
Two Fridas is actually my favorite of all because I was fortunate enough to see it in an exhibit. The figures are almost life size.

Lizard in Pushmataha County, southeastern OK. Right by the front porch of my cousin. Her cat bites their tails off but let them live. This one’s tail is growing back. It’s bigger than six inches tailless.

Quartz Mountain Arts Institute. Every summer is an artist camp, in the Wichita Mountains near my home. Went to the chorale and the orchestra performances. It was amazing, and the weather was nice and recent rains are keeping the trees and brush green.
