Smoky days affect not only humans and animals - it's making the plants super unhappy, too! Took our light meter outside to measure how much photosynthetically active light there is. For reference, full sun is usually ~1,500 or higher in these units!
One of my favorite things to do is eat somewhere alone. It's very empowering. Doing some class prep at the same time (the book, not the drink 😂).
