LA’s entire philosophy is “shit, we can’t build anything anywhere.” They built their international airport bordering the ocean, effectively blocking them from expanding to the west at all. So for decades, they’ve been trying to buy properties in the other directions in an effort to expand.
By far the most infuriating aspect of an iPhone - or at least, my iPhone - is its inexplicable storage requirements that do not correspond to the basic functionality of an app.
