I got laughed at when I proudly showed my colleague my new lab timer... I was happy to find the same type again. The original is well over 10 years old and still works. No need for facial recognition here.. some old ways are still superior. I'm still chuffed with my find. 🧪

I'm a bit worried about our future. I just saw a young person repeatedly swipe at this sticker to try and get the automatic door open, and they laugh at us when we dont get the nuances of emoji language... Of course I've never seen anyone over 40 do this as well 😉

I didn't know what 'ground elder' was, so I googled it. I didn't expect the below in amongst the plant pictures 😂

instead of ground elder the green leaved plant, there are two pics of elderly people. first pic is of a priest laid out on the floor of a church, and the second is of an old lady sprawled on the ground... so I suppose it is ground elders.

This was the disposal procedure for unwanted reactive chemicals waayyy back 😱 You gave them to the army bomb guys for blow up practice. 1. Cover cylinder with charges 2. Bury in a hole 3. Retreat a safe distance, not downwind 4. Blow it up 🧪
