Doing something different today! !! TW: horror, clown !! My partner's doing a Pennywise cosplay and I'm trying to make a head prosthetic for it. Direct 3-piece printed mold, there will be some seams, but that's okay for this use. It's gonna take days to print, but I hope it turns out nice!

It's perfect! Plenty of room to slide the master into the shell, uniform clearance all around, and it should be strong enough to survive the clamping a few times! 🥳 Can't wait to see the mold in the next few days
Mold shell! It'll need some supports, but it has lots of room for clamps to hold it firmly together :)
