Yeah, not really the best move on this one. I know at least one person other than myself who won't touch it as a result. That and uh...the blatant lie in the FAQ there. But hey, if corporations can be scummy, why can't av makers, I guess. No respite from this data-harvesting bullshit.

Is this DRM? No. There is no activation limit, no always-online check, and nothing that stops working after you install. Verification happens once, at install time, to confirm the package reaches a real buyer. After that, the files are yours to use under the creator's normal license terms.
