Ok, so the Random Number Gods have spoken... My next game is... A PS+ Essential game from WAY back... Styx: Master of Shadows 👀
Picked up an incredible haul from a free book swap group today! 😄 Four volumes of the Bloodborne graphic novels, including some gorgeous art cards... all for the grand total of £0. Peak bargain hunting 😄🩸📚
Doing a bit of a deep clean and declutter of my gaming stuff and found this. How cute is the original PS1 controller without the D-sticks?!
Found my old strategy guide for Dragon Warrior 7 (now Dragon Quest) 😍 I miss the era of gaming where these were more common!
Been playing the Dragon Quest VII demo, it's absolutely gorgeous! I loved this game on the original PS1 so I've been really looking forward to the remaster 😀
Finished Chaos;Child....what a great VN, super sad at times but I really enjoyed it!
Got the Platinum in Synapse 😄 probably one of my favourite PSVR2 games so far, throwing around enemies with telekinesis was so much fun!
I've been trying to spend one day a week where I just relax and spend the day reading. It's been a nice change of pace 😀 I'm currently working my way through the Foundation series by Isaac Asimov
5) I played this soooo much when I was at university. It was my go-to game when I was sitting in corridors waiting for my next lecture. The happy music and vibrant world was a perfect escape for what was quite a stressful time for me! Tempted to dig my PSP out and boot it back up!
4) There was a PS1 demo disc which included Tombi and I played the first couple of areas over and over again! It took me years before I actually saw the game in store. I then had to save up to actually afford it...it was worth every penny 😁
3) Before cozy games became mainstream Atelier Rorona was my comfort of choice 😀 Ok, so it did have a time limit so maybe it won't fit in everyone's definition of low-stress cozy gaming but I adored it! Adorable characters, goofy humour, and plenty of crafting. What more could a girl want?! 😍
2) Final Fantasy VIII was my first JRPG and really cemented my love of stories in games. I didn't realise that games could have such detailed narratives or heart-felt characters until I played this.
1) Spyro is probably the first videogame that really made me love gaming. The silly humour and colourful graphics really sucked me in. I spent sooo many hours trying to find every dragon & gem!
I've been enjoying liking and reading this on other people's profiles so thought I'd join in as well 😀
This is what I'm currently reading and what I'm playing. I'm in a bit of a sci-fi mood atm 😁
