Today we’re celebrating the life of my grandmother. No lie, she was the purest human I ever knew. Not a single mean bone in her body. She gave everything up to God and frankly without her I don’t know that I would believe at all.

Parenting is so rewarding but also friggin sucks. Nonstop emotional gut punches. You can’t wait for the next stage because it’ll be “easier” but then in the blink of an eye, those stages go by and you MISS the days you used to dread. Because what do you mean our youngest is done with 3K?

Any tree doctors here? A big limb that fell off the other day, I cut it up and according to Google it may have heart rot… It’s a big maple, already has some bark loss at the base of the trunk, we already knew it was not doing well but hoped to get a few more years out of it.
*hangs up the phone I was making to a tree service about the dead limb that was half cracked off and hanging down*
