We went to the Potato Museum today. It was delightful. In the same building they have the O’Leary Community Museum, and right next to the Iron Lung and vintage sewing machines, they have my EXACT bike that I currently own and ride.

This year for Mother’s Day, I made my mother in law a “flight” of mini sourdough loaves in different flavours. They’re SO CUTE. I fear this might become my new Thing.

It still seems surreal that it’s baseball season again when I have not yet recovered from last season at all. Anyway this is beautiful and I love my sweet boys so much. www.theplayerstribune.com/ernie-clemen... Go Jays 😭💕

In the end, though, and hopefully this doesn’t sound too corny, I think the stuff we have to be proud of from last season just completely dwarfs the stuff to feel hurt about. And the more time that passes, the more I understand that we still got to do something special: We got to take the game of baseball pretty much as far as you can take it. We got to go for as long as possible, until as late as possible, at the highest level possible. We got to play until there was no more baseball out there to be played.
And as heartbreaking as it was, I’m still grateful for all of that.
