I build bows and make arrows in my garage on rainy days and imagine shooting them on sunny days. Sometimes I flintknapp arrow points. I don't have creative schemes to get arrows like Zhuge Liang from Three Kingdoms, so I make them myself. It's honest work.
Made some points today, even the little guy was getting in to it. (Disregard my pale, whispy legs)
Using the draw knife on an oak stave to make a bow, plus a photobomb from the middle kid.
I don't know who any of these people are so I can only assume many grunts were flipped.
Maple wood bow I made. Backed with linen, deer antler tips, and bone arrow rest. Pulls 25 lbs at 24" draw. Fun little backyard shooter.
Sign maker is mad at the wrong thing though. Making the lock look twisty is bad design, kind of like this:
