Added new princely states and gave what used to be owned directly by England to the British East India Company. Also added the danish colony in the south (it's too big but then again the province itself is too big). And also added Sri Lanka (which is actually two tags, the British Puppet tag and the independent Sri Lanka tag).

almost forgot i was making this mod lel but ive made some more progress. did france and germany progress (only showing germany because france only has releasables added) also reworked australia based on the 1.13 patch that will come out well after i release this mod lel

Added a few one province minors to vicky 2. you'd have to boot up the game (vanilla) and look at germany for comparison
