After whole day of debugging I FOUND IT ! I used wrong mosfet for this work, switched to HV one and im getting VERY good results. also. whole unit draws 12mA :D i also switched BJT on buzzer,because when buzzer wasnt in use there was VCC on it. Time for programming :3

Meow Labs project is in progress! Pocket-size Geiger counter with full-size STS5 tube, PY32, OLED, RTC, and humidity and temperature sensors. Just need to fix the HV section, which makes 400V out of 3.3 (im getting just 120V... Qspice simulation worked at least 😑)
