"OpenAI said that GPT‑5.6 Sol, a frontier model, and an unreleased model hacked into a software company’s system without being told to do so. The lab said the models escaped its testing environment, went online and stole login credentials for Hugging Face, an AI platform. Hugging Face said that it used a Chinese model to defend itself because the guardrails on American models made them useless."

There are many reasons to love spending time in Munich, but the cuteness factor is underrated

A very tiny, very red "car" - it has four wheels and all - with a white roof. It looks like it should have a tiny comic book figure at the wheel. It's not clear how to get in.

Same car, slightly different perspective. Is this the front? The back? There's an opening - boot space? Driver's "door"? It's quite unclear.

She is *such* a Tannie 😆 I've really loathed the MAGA version of Helen Zille of the past few years, but I'm warming towards her old-fashioned school teacher energy for turning Joberg around. Really hope I'm not completely delusional.

Years ago I made the mistake of setting up a floating candle in a pretty bowl. Well, that is now the cat's water bowl and he absolutely refuses to drink out of any of the other four bowls around the house. At least it's pretty though it is a rather odd thing to have standing around.

As someone who has to work with Adobe, this has saved my sanity. Menu/Preferences/Generative AI -> deselect all the boxes. It only sticks for a while, but the whole process is actually quite satisfying so I don't mind doing it repeatedly 😏

Very unimpressed that it's raining, BUT also warm enough that there's no chance of a fire 😏
