This morning, the Supreme Court issued its ruling in our case, West Virginia v. BPJ. The Court upheld West Virginia’s categorical ban on transgender women and girls participating on women’s and girls’ sports teams, holding that such laws do not violate either Title IX or the Equal Protection Clause.

GOOD NEWS: A federal judge today granted a request for a preliminary injunction blocking enforcement of Idaho’s new state law threatening transgender people with up to five years in prison for using public restrooms consistent with their gender identity.
