INFJ. Boston. Join me as I combat a general malaise by inconsistently sharing non sequiturs when I want attention.
What an absolute gift to find someone who was so capable of letting you know how much you mean to her, through her words, actions, and showing up as her whole self. What an absolute fucking nightmare for a 22 year old to find out how rare and fleeting that gift can be.
16 years feels impossible. Tell your friends you love them. Show your friends you love them.
Had to pop out of the office this afternoon to support mother. Went in for a record, came out with a CD, which is fitting because the 1st Confessions was my 1st Madonna CD. 💿
This year, Pride hit a little differently. The past few years, instead of partaking (or not partaking) in Pride events in the city, we've opted for the quiet, coastal Maine counterpart that coincides with Tim's bday.
You know when the first email you read of the day makes you cry? I've never even met him in person. I'm just not an asshole. With only a couple months until we close, having given off "not everything is just about business" energy while also doing good work may be what I'm most proud of here.
38. Had a delightfully low-key day of well-wishes, phone calls, and visits from family and friends. Means the world. Shoutout to Tim for the scrumptious Raspberry Nectarine Waterloo Cake, RJ for the surprise visit before heading west, and Steph, just cuz.
A year ago today... With some of my team in Paris right now, the nostalgia is hitting HARD. The world needs more #LanceInFrance I think...
Celebrating our 12th Misterversary. Me, at dinner last night: how many years is this? Getting old, folks. And I get to do it with. the. best. of. them.
This introvert spent March making more face-to-face time happen with new and lifelong friends. Using social media as a catalyst for connection, not for follower collection. Maybe that's why it flew by... (Also, I think about that pickle dip a lot. 🥒)
2025: My year in scarves This year I cut the bullshit and started living my "The Green Ribbon" fantasy. I covered 25% of the earth's circumference and my neck skin.
Welp. I realized a month or so ago I was still reading my book from April and wouldn't be making my reading goal for the year. However, I finished that and two more books to get me to my 50% of goal mark. Still feels like a win when I hadn't read for several years before last year. Onto the next 🌈📚
