A couple of days ago a reader on book threads asked writers not to use unusual words. A day later, a writer defended that, even saying taking the OP to task was ableist. The next day another reader asked if the phrase “far and away” was a typo. smdh
The meds make Brady’s appetite iffy sometimes. Added peanut butter to the mix to get him to eat some kibble and his pills. Had to go hardcore with his gear-added a neoprene sleeve-because he keeps defeating my attempts to keep his 'injury' isolated. He's too freaking smart
Friend sent me an early Father’s Day card as if from Brady. I guess they figured with everything going on. I needed it. They were not wrong.
Turns out he has a nail disease—SLO not uncommon for some breeds—Had to have his nail removed. Poor baby Got lots of new meds and he was drugged out most of yesterday afternoon
Taking Brady back to the. Et for a follow up visit for his injured paw. Of course now he’s figured out how to bypass the cone so his licking sore on that same paw has returned. smdh Ordered some replacement options for the standard cone
Took Brady for a brief visit to my work yesterday—people wanted to meet him—and he had the best time.
