My cat Gus can smell it when I get cereal. She likes to lap up the remaining milk.
Whenever I bring out the feather wand, my German Shepherd mix goes nuts! All smiles!
My Ginny is so funny. I’ll call her to come in, shouting, “Ginny come!” She ignores me until I say, “Ginny, come now!” Apparently ‘now’ is the magic word, so she comes trotting in!
Sometimes I wonder if their bad deeds endear them to me. I have Ginny who is perfect and Milo who is an asshole. Milo still chews stuff up and he’s 8! Once I took Ginny to the vet and came home to find the fridge door open and all the food strewn thru the house! Squished cherry tomatoes in my bed!
Bunny was Gus’s friend. He has a clipped ear, indicating a TNR experience. He took awhile to warm up. But he’s a love bug now. When I love on him he drools.
I have two cats who I snatched off the street. Gus is the orange one. I thought she was a he until she showed up pregnant. She liked her name and came to it, so she’s still Gus. I brought her inside cuz I didn’t want her to give birth outside. The night before she gave birth she needed to cuddle. I

My Gus Gus likes to lie down with me, always touching. He sleeps with his head on my hand, sometimes hugging my arm. She’s such a love. Gus used to be a street cat.
