I probably won't finish mine but I want you to know that the cause of char making irresponsible decisions with his commanding officers is extremely close to my heart

The commodore looms over him, strong hands braced against the arms of Char's chair, boxing him in. Blex's eyes are swimming in the evening's wine, his gaze warmed over by it; Char is no better off, feeling the heat pool in his cheeks, his ears, his stomach. He should do something to stop this, really; gracefully remove himself from the situation. But he's never been much good at that. Not when it counts.

Blex moves a hand to cup Char's face, fingers curling to cradle the base of his skull. He runs his thumb over Char's cheek, like he can smudge the colour rising there. It's tender, purposeful -- Char should stop this. That hand holds him in place when Blex leans in the rest of the way, presses a Shiraz-soaked kiss to Char's lips. A shift in the commodore's posture and he's running his tongue along the seam of Char's mouth, unzipping him. Char has to stop this. He parts his lips, tilting his head to allow entry; Blex licks his way inside, lapping at Char's mouth, his tongue, his teeth with slow, deliberate strokes. Savoring the taste of him. Char finds he's lost interest in pretending he's going to stop.
