The Jack-in-the-Green / Green Man is never far from the surface in Hastings

After 36 years of waiting I won't believe it until I hold the damn thing in my own hands. (I think this is either a mistake or Eldritch wryly trolling)
I will have a couple of pieces of my artwork exhibited as part of the Hastings Arts Forum "New Members" exhibition. 18-29 March at 20 Marine Court, St Leonards on Sea TN38 0DX. Open 11am-5pm Wednesday to Sunday. Open Evening 20 March 6-8pm
I don't think I've actually been excited to update to the latest version of Firefox since the version number was in single figures, but the latest version - 148 - ships with a "switch off all AI" setting that I have swiftly enabled. Any software that includes AI should have a kill switch like this
By late 2026 I will publish my new "Acid Renaissance" book of art, but in the meantime my first two art books are available from my online shop via the link below (and also from Bookbuster and Printed Matters bookshops, if you happen to be in Hastings): shop.lazaruscorporation.co.uk/category/books
It's a bright but icy New Year's Day here in Hastings. Time to start planning...
Latest acquisition: Ghostdance by @catmachine.com, picked up at their book launch at 1200 Postcards last night
Latest acquisition: Undefined Boundary: The Journal of Psychick Albion Vol 4 Issue 1
For any Lovecraftian Dagon worshippers near Hastings, there's a bronze statue of a "frog" holding up a "offering bowl" in one of the local antique shops. A snip at £245
I've hung my pieces ready for the exhibition to open at 1200 Postcards in Hastings on Friday at 6pm. I hope to see some of you there!
Acid Renaissance: Arcana An Exhibition of photography by Paul Watson upstairs at: 1200 Postcards, 80 Queens Road, Hastings August 1-24. Opening event 6pm-8pm on Friday 1st August
Wandering the streets of Brighthaven, the nearest thing #Hookland has to a holiday resort. Might get myself an Albion Pie...
A quick wander out in time to join the Hastings trans-rights demo (which a couple of fascism's useful idiots tried - and failed - to push into and disrupt), followed by a pint in the sun
Wandered out for a bit and picked up the latest issue of @weirdwalk.bsky.social from @bookbuster.bsky.social
New blog post: an unexpected fox cub www.lazaruscorporation.co.uk/blogs/artist...
Picked this up in a second-hand shop here in Hastings - it will probably appear as a prop in a photograph or drawing at some point
This evening on Bluesky I have apparently been followed by two identical twins and Mark Zuckerberg
