To directly answer your question: A 100,000-seat stadium at the White House would require demolishing essentially the entire ceremonial core of the American capital, including:
The entire White House South Lawn and gardens
The complete Ellipse park (52 acres)
Constitution Gardens (50 acres)
Likely the Vietnam Veterans Memorial
Potentially the Treasury Building and/or Eisenhower Executive Office Building
Major portions of the National Mall infrastructure
Multiple National Historic Landmarks

Even with all these demolitions, the assembled land would still be insufficient for a proper 100,000-seat stadium complex with required parking and infrastructure.The Washington Monument would not need to be demolished—it's far enough south (approximately 1 mile) that it would remain physically intact, though the entire symbolic and visual relationship between America's founding monuments would be obliterated.
