This whole thing smacks of gender.

The pterosaurs have had their heads completely redone based on a very damaged archival item and early photos.

What a glow-up.

Picked up The Summer Hikaru Died on a whim and I have to say that as someone who spent a fair bit of my teenage years feeling like I might be something not fully human living in a human body due to being trans and some sort of aroace with no concept of those, I do sometimes feel uncomfortably Seen.

Late to the party, but I love drawing manicule creatures.

Made a cursed marginalia man by accident.

I've met one or two cats who will accept belly rubs, but Pippa is the only cat I've met who not only accepts them, but will fully just be big spoon to my arm (front paws around hand, back paws around elbow) to ensure optimal fuss.

Both cats are shorthairs, but Pippa has a very thick double coat (she has an extra underlayer of soft down hairs) and so the sudden heatwave is not fun for her. We've been brushing her daily to help her moult it out and this was this morning's prize: a third cat.

Met an exciting goose today. Possibly a Canada Goose/Greylag Goose hybrid.

Fun fact: Pippa (big) and Vesper (small) are in fact two different shade of black.

As an art gremlin creature who subluxated a thumb in their sleep a few days back and then had to style it out, Reese shapeshifting and then saying "I tried to put everything back the way it was before but I don't think I got it quite right" the next day feels like a personal attack.
