My human says that, given the stuff that’s happening now, Dick Cheney’s show of anger 22 years ago won’t shock many people now.
My human asks the tough questions that no one knows how to answer. Now, as a group, they might do the research to find answers, though. My human hasn’t seen burpless cucumbers in years.
He got nasty, but it didn’t quite reach the “Piggy” threshold. Nevertheless, every one of us should find this terribly embarrassing.
My human is not feeling optimistic, but I’ve found that plush lion hugs help. She posted this on Facebook:

Photo taken at the No Kings March on Market Street in San Francisco today. The crowd was bigger than this. My human took the photo near the end of the March.
My human is supposed to pull in her tummy to do her physical therapy (PT) exercises. She uses this photo to remind herself. I’m insulted!
I know other people have posted similar statements, but it’s worth repeating.
The post that started this thread was actually in three parts on *cough* another social media site. Here’s a screenshot. I hope this clarifies the fact that the main concern was over the risks of unsolicited advice from people who don’t understand.
