Okay, this leads me to my favorite podcaster, Sarah Marshall from You're Wrong About. She has a miniseries called The Devil You Know which is a FANTASTIC breakdown of how Satanic Panic got us into the mess we have today. But the funnest part is the Gaylor Bonelus Episode!!

as dark haired Tay, the episode released only a few months before the YBWM mv. The Who song was the iconic CSI NY theme, I still think of NY hearing it. I remember being SO EXCITED to watch that episode when it aired, but I totally forgot the plot. Look at the description for her character, Haley 😳

I wondered if anyone had any ideas why Taylor chose the Golden Gopher as the bar where she is finally seen at the end. It's the "oldest" bar in LA. But I did find it interesting they made skirts (lilac short skirt that fit me like skin) and was also a dance studio in it's many lifetimes.
And these are the lyrics to the Kate Bush song. I look through people's windows, the way she breaks the mirrored window in Fortnight, how she's a "ghost" like Catherine in the delicate music video, the ghosts in the delicate MV🫣
It has always bothered me how Taylor does such an exaggerated wave here but now it makes sense! I think it's a callback to Kate Bush's video.
Version two of the MV has her waving the same way but she's in the real world this time and she literally ghosts, but then reappears only to ghost again, each time going further back.
Note how in version one of Kate Bush's music video you see ethereal Kate in a dreamlike place that looks hazy (👀) and there are THREE of her, one is huge and the other two are mirrored
