Fresh caught, blackened rockfish, cajun fried rice, and fried up potstickers 😋 Even made the rice with my homemade chicken stock. Learning how to cool really well because I can’t eat garlic, so have to just learn it myself.

Dinner plate filled with cajun fried rice, blackened rockfish fish fillet, and potstickers. I outdid myself this time.

And I’ve pre-ordered the Astarion book! I fucking LOVE T Kingfisher, and I hope this book does well and we all get books about the other companions too. Might have to take the day off when it releases though. Because I will probably read it crying, face down on the floor. But WORTH IT.

Had not-instant ramen for the first time! God, that broth is HEARTY. An excellent meal for a cold, rainy day.

Got the last of my moving boxes unpacked! I’ve been carting some of them around since about 2003? But I am, for the first time in my life, 100% unpacked. So then I went to a hardware store to get shelf liner and I shouldn’t have done that cause now I’m painting. Oops.
