What a morning! Started Weber SM Grill at 7 am. Set timer for 4.5 hours smoking baby back. Arizona heat of 110 had another idea to factor!! Keeping the grill at 250 or less was a challenge today, but I did it! Food is excellent!
My Mom’s birthday is June 30th and I miss her. I was digging through some old papers and found recipes my Mom sent me right after I got married. I looked over her handwritten recipes as if I could hear her guiding me each step. Everything is from scratch and it turned out perfectly! To Mom ❤️🥰
