Got to the library for first time in years and picked up the below...

Two library books.

New game for Rolo: Biscuit on your back! (Simple rules. Have two biscuits ready, one in each hand. For this game the usual sit command can be foregone. Offer one biscuit to snout and surreptitiously place other biscuit on back of dog. Game complete).

Field is cut and baked. Many new scents for Rolo to discover.

Freshly shorn field baked for hay. Yellowing grass field backed by dark green trees and hedgerow. Overlooked by blue skies a weak sunrise peaking between the trees.

I had dinner at lunchtime, so lunch at dinner time seems obvious.

Seeded bread sandwich: chicken and sweetcorn filling with baby leaf and shredded beetroot salad. Sits on a white plate with floral decorative design on top a red and chrome toaster. (Done to keep it out of reach of the 🐕).

Sunday Roast!

Roast leg of lamb heaped upon red Leicester mash roast potatoes parsnip and carrot all hidden under heaps of meat. Broccoli,peas, red cabbage and carrots. Stuffing ball and mustard.

Was having some fun as a door gunner on the UH60 heli in modded #Reforger on @armaplatform.com; an edited PvE Conflict mode fighting the undead.

Been trying to play some @bohemiainteract.bsky.social @armaplatform.com #Reforger this weekend. Found a domination PvE game mode facing waves of zombies rather than another military faction.

Flat rooftop over looking the centre of a town on the fictional isle of Everon. Single storey houses in middle ground and a church with steeple in the middle. Fires and smoke plumes litter the distance. My character is in 1st person view holding an M4A1 assault rifle, a team mate called Scooter Ankle stands at edge of roof in dk green fatigues.

From my character's 1st person view holding a M4A1 assault rifle overlooking a village with several other players on a rooftop for safety. It is night and I am wearing night vision goggles using a white phosphor enhancement giving the blue/grey tinge to the picture.

Up and out early walking Rolo. Nice view over Crow Valley. A hazy sunrise the other way. And something circus has come to town!

Crow Valley, a sloped grass field with woodland to right and a view down the valley. If this was fantasy it would be The Vale of Crows.

Rolo's showing more affection this week. He climbs on my lap and nudges off my headset to lick my ears and neck; softly whines and lunges more on top of me to get full body rubs. Usually at this time he would sit next to Mum in hopes of tidbits from the dinner plate. There's a big hole in our lives.
