Normally a break of the 5th toe is no big deal — I broke my left-foot 5th toe 30 years ago and it changed nothing — but the urgent care Dr says this is a “very bad break” and that I should make an appt with a foot specialist. Sigh.

My mom is 90 years old and lives in a senior facility. Most of the residents use walkers or motorized chairs. The place recently remodeled and put in these chairs that are so heavy that some residents can’t pull them out to sit down. No wheels on the chair legs or anything. Idiots.
