5 years ago today I tried letting go for the first time + I haven’t regretted it since. This year has been the hardest but only cause I’m doing things I never thought I could do + feeling things I never let myself feel. So much gratitude for all the people that have helped me stay sober this long.

• Pretend to like Slaughter Beach, Dog
• Watch the wicked morres
• Drive to the suburbs to go to Trader Joe’s
• See a Broadway show
• Get ice cream w/ everybody after Community
• Sit in the backseat of the car + feel like a kid again (derogatory) + want to cry
• Have a panic attack cause I can tell I’ve done something wrong but I dont know what and I have no idea how to fix it
