Final post regarding this! First time event with games geared towards new players and experienced ones alike in Glasgow! We're hoping to turn this into a regular event each year with plans already for next year! Tickets are free and there some spaces left! events.humanitix.com/glasgow-tale...
Started doing a little bit of work on some new Skies Above stuff.
JRPG inspired TTRPG with Final Fantasy and Secret of Mana energy. Post apocalyptic hope, not grimdark despair. d8 dice pools. Kickstarter coming June 2025. My people are out there. Shares help me reach them. losthavenart.com #ttrpg #SkiesAbove
So doing a little bit of drawing tonight. This Althea. She's going to be the pregenerated Light Mage for the Skies Above kickstarter instead of my usual (and the one depicted in the book) Cosmog. I already have one Pommo pregen so wanted a bit of variation of the Skyfolk.
If there are any Scottish folk who are free either in the evening on the 18th of July or through the day on the 19th the event that I'm collaborating on with @criticalchance.bsky.social has some spaces left for the Vampire LARP and a number of short one shots! Tickets are free! :)
Facebook reminder from 6 years ago when I started toying with ideas for Skies Above. Still think its wild that it was the first game I started working on but that I put out 4 others before it, including Abbadon which was supposed to be small and kinda balooned...
The full sheet. Is this enough information for a intro ttrpg character in a Quickstart I've avoided the nitty gritty of how the numbers get to where they are. I noticed I'll need some way of giving spells to mage players though.
I don't know if this is overkill or not but I'm doing custom self contained character pages for the pregens for the Skies Above Quickstart.
Hobby Update as I get ready for a Narrative Campaign at my local game club for 11th edition 40k! Craftworld Aradaen, my homebrew craftworld lead by Prince Illaneth (My Autarch), her twin Farseer Irayad and his apprentice a Warlock named Olabryn.
For me, this album is easily. Despite also helping me through some dark times, I can still listen to it now and enjoy every track.
Pulling together the Quickstart for Skies Above using the adventure written by @murchieart.bsky.social Song in the Mist. I don't want to bloat it so only going to make 6 Pregens. Are their any Job Classes you feel are essential for making a first impression?
Fun day introducing new folks to the Song of Ice and Fire miniatures game!
Fully kitbashed units for my Warhammer the Old army. Got myself a unit of 10 Wardancers and 5 Deepwood Scouts. I used 6 different kits.
I started getting traction on Twitter when I first dipped my toes into the online ttrpg scene by doing D&D chibis representing each class (I wanted to do a web comic) lol I actually did these Warhammer 40k sketches at one of my first cons.
Dabbling with 3D modelling again. Making some Starfighters for WildSpace. At the moment, I'm just kinda winging it.
So Masks of Gold is availabe as a preset up adventure module on roll20 with notes, tokens and a map of the final dungeon of the adventure all of which hand drawn by me. The Playing Card deck is also available seperately! marketplace.roll20.net/browse/gamea...
Tinkering away on my first roll20 module with a bit of help! I already have a digital playing card set available on roll20 as well using the Abbadon deck.
So I'll be running three games at this event in July if you're in or around Glasgow you can get tickets now online, they're free with game choices coming in the next week or two! events.humanitix.com/glasgow-tale...
So I'm not at UKGE this year for various reasons, but you can pick up a copy of Skies Above or any of my other games from @chaoscurios.bsky.social who'll be at 3-T20 this year!
Almost at the finish line with my Wood Elf Dragon Lord. I've fixed the wonky spear in the fairy pool. Need to add a few more little things to the base like grass tufts and flowers.
I feel this is doubly true for High Elves. A nice forest dragon is good, though. This is my converted dragon lord.
