Thanks Siobhan. How are you? I'm struggling with both my mental and physical health, at the moment and experiencing so much grief and loss too, that it's overwhelming. Trying to stay positive, but it's so hard when there's evil rising up everywhere. My friends sent me flowers to cheer me up. 💐

I would add too, that the lack of accountability from the offensive, military and arms "defence" industry, arguably the biggest fossil fuel user and defender of wealth, inequality and the extractive industries' endless wars, mean their CO2 isn't even included in these projections. #TruthMatters

Today is my darling Dad's birthday.💐 May he RIP and have a happy heavenly birthday with my Mum, who died two years ago this Saturday. Dad died in 2015. I miss them both so much.💔 Bless him. The trick is getting the upper & middle classes to forget they too work, while remembering they too could be impoverished & rewarding them with invitations to meet the ruling class in return for keeping the working classes working in the underbelly of the beast.

Our words, actions & choices are powerful. Having always been very careful with your purchasing, is no doubt part of the change quietly happening in response to us exercising 'consumer choice'. E.g. eggs. The public, alerted to the cruelty of battery eggs, chose 'freerange'. Retailers responded.

Key dates for UK supermarkets and free-range eggs

Marks & Spencer:Was selling 100% free-range eggs in 1997 and committed to doing so for all products by 2002.

Sainsbury's:Committed to 100% cage-free eggs by 2009 and for ingredients by 2012.

Morrisons:Became the first of the "big four" supermarkets to go entirely free-range in February 2020, five years ahead of their original target.

Waitrose:Already sold only free-range eggs by 2020.

Tesco, Asda, Aldi, and Lidl:These "big six" retailers were still selling "barn eggs" in 2020 and continued to commit to moving to cage-free over the subsequent years.

It makes perfect sense, when seen from their point of view: from the point of view of money, not the cost to the economy, i.e. the people, but of breaking the economy. Of attacking truth and knowledge sharing, and silencing truth sharers. 80+ libraries are already closed. 100s of thousands are dead.
