What the fuck is happening with this package I shipped?!

Found this kind of wild looking cocoon (I think?) hanging from one of our deck chairs. It is about an inch and a half long. Anybody have any idea what it is?

FINALLY remembered to make a batch of Slut 4 Cherry from @fridaytea.com overnight for iced tea today, been meaning to do it all month 😅
