Made the best lemon-yoghurt cake ever. Bunt pans are powerful, I wasn't expecting it to work so well. #Food
More of a test on my end to see how the compression behaves and what export settings are good, but as you can see I implemented footy in Doom. #DoomMapping
I heard there's skeletons in that corn field waiting for whoever's foolish enough to grab that conspicuous blue key. Screaming and exploding dudes too. #DoomMapping (crop textures from Icarus: Alien Vanguard)
About 1/3 done with town. About 20K sidedefs deep into building the map. Getting closer to working on the outskirts to surround the town and frame it all. #DoomMapping
meanwhile here I am posting about a completely different sort of footy. #DoomMapping
An abandoned mine is a decent place to hide a key. Town is getting more and more complete but I'd reckon I'm only 1/5 done so far. #DoomMapping
TERROR CALDERA Now in #RAMP 2026, now with lots of extra features that was fun to practice ZScript with. #DoomMapping
Big map for the next chicken wad is big and getting started. Jumpy map for #RAMP is jumpy and needs to be completed. #DoomMapping
A smattering of what I have managed to throw together in the past couple of months despite the everything happening at me. Check alt text for further explanation.
The reference image. It takes longer to place the numbers on the grid and keep atop them than to draw on the map.
Thank you! Bringing these textures to life was a blast and I'm glad it made a splash.
Also to get the dither effect on the light, that's not the result of a shader. That's just the sprite for the light. If I knew how to do it with a shader I probably would.
Been a bit quiet, but that's because I've been messing with light and shadow for the platformer. Got some very good looking scenes out of some experimenting, and I can't wait to do a level that actually takes place at night/evening. #Godot
The things you do for light sequences is total madness behind the curtain. Only took me a couple of months to figure out how to conclude this map, now all I have to worry about is making the primary encounter work. #DoomMapping
I programmed my first complicated enemy into the first stage to compliment dynamic entry, alongside heaps of other features. There's still so much to do and polish to apply, but it's all going in the right direction. #Godot #GameDevelopment
