I have accepted John Ruskin’s coinage of ‘illth’ into my priors to hold this idea place:

He coins the term “illth” for such destructive or stagnant accumulations, contrasting it with true wealth that benefits society.

My Garmin fitness watch is amazing. Here, in its VO2 max tracker, you can clearly see when I increased my run frequency from two runs per week to four. I’m afraid what might happen if I increase it to five.
