Wrote something that came out muuuuuch stronger than I had intended—this tool can, at best, replace one particular use case, not all labor lawyers! Deleting to keep the notices clear and so as not to alarm anyone, but screenshotting for future accountability.

You’re right that skins aren’t money. But the statute doesn’t say “gambling for money is illegal”. It says very plainly that it is illegal to gamble for “something of value”, which at great length is defined as anything that can be “exchanged for money”. Like skins.
As one simple example: the NDA triage skill says in the persona section that “[y]ou rapidly evaluate” NDAs. Why rapidly? Why not thoroughly? or carefully? Is this intentional because of token counts? Or just aping what you’d tell a first-year (“don’t spend more than X minutes on this”)?
