My brain finally let me draw something and of course it's gay horses before anything else. They're totally just roommates guys. That are totally not on a romantic date to the Grand Galloping Gala. They'd never. Don't pay too much attention to the Tulip, that's not symbolic at all. 😉
Visual to better give you an idea. Normal ground cast speed vs jump spamming cast speed. The moment Sora's feet hit the ground it cancels that cast anim and allows you to jump and cast again as fast as you can press the two button combo.
