No worries, I'm glad to help. I actually found Yizheng Ke's brush set, and it has the same sampled 10 brush but with tweaked settings (shown in the attached image)
I think I have this! I think its Sampled Brush 10 from Yuming Lee's brush pack (this one in particular) yumingli.gumroad.com/l/jasdn?layo... It has many brush packs in there to download, but its specifically in this one. The texture is Pattern 49
